Monday, February 19, 2007Weekend in Austin This weekend was Nakia's CD Release (& Birthday) Party at Lamberts in Austin. I got to hang out with friends I hadn't seen in a long time while I was there. The drive down was beautiful. I timed it perfectly so that I would get the maximum 'sun on horizon while traveling due west' exposure as possible. I arrived tanned and with extra strong squinty eye muscles. If you haven't heard Nakia's music, go listen to the songs he has online. He's quite talented and is a sweetheart to boot!
