We bought tickets kind of last minute last week for the Houston Dynamo season opener Saturday against the Columbus Crew. And getting in the stadium proved to be near impossible with the ushers herding in every other group of people except the group we were in... Note to selves: get there way early next time!

Hee hee, look at that silly face! Nicholas and I stopped by Froberg's Veggie and Fruit Farm to pick fresh strawberries before the Dynamo season opener (hence the jersey).
They have nearly 10 acres of farm land and a nice sized grocery store to pick up the freshes of fruity goodness. Look at the miles and miles of fresh strawberries! Yumm. We also picked up one of their honeydews - a delicious ball of sugary goodness.
I've become spoiled with random tickets to the Rockets courtesy of the boss. This time we took my Rockets loving friends Caroline and TJ (aka mini yao). We brought home a win 
If we'd gotten there a little earlier, we would've brought home kick ass ball caps, too!
Went outside this afternoon to get a couple of pictures of the Mourning Dove family that has nested on my balcony. Papa bird wasn't to happy with the camera and he flew off leaving the two eggies exposed for a few mintues. I took a quick picture and left them alone so Pops would come back.
This month's gonna be a busy one for Munkie... here is in LA at the hotel getting ready for an afternoon on the beach.
